**What does the Commercial area do at Porto?** Responsible for activating, retaining, and developing brokers through commercial relationships aimed at gaining their preference for the company, achieving established targets, and delivering the expected commercial results for their broker portfolio. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop a portfolio of insurance brokers across all company products, focusing on delivering regional, branch, and directorate sales targets; * Responsible for activating, retaining, and developing brokers through commercial relationships aiming to gain their preference for the Porto Group; * Create, implement, and evaluate sales actions to achieve established targets and expected commercial results for their broker portfolio; * Strategically train and develop brokers and their teams; * Focus on and participate in the broker's sales process, providing confidence during sales; * Thoroughly understand the broker's market and deeply engage with their business; * Act as a business owner; * Influence brokers to generate new business; * Create new business opportunities; * Negotiate with internal departments to ensure business feasibility; * Monitor portfolio metrics and targets, implementing actions with brokers to promote sales aligned with target achievement; * Develop strategies that support achieving sales campaign objectives; * Monitor performance dashboards and ensure minimum required achievement levels in ongoing campaigns (high performance); * Identify and propose improvement opportunities in our products and operations. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed; **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; **Previous experience:** Sales area (sales, negotiation, and performance indicators); Insurance knowledge; Ability to establish business-focused commercial relationships, resilience, emotional intelligence, active listening, ease in public communication, analytical skills, and influence.
