Responsibilities and Duties * Provide nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort; * Perform nursing procedures, such as medication administration, wound dressings, and vital signs monitoring, in accordance with medical instructions and healthcare protocols; * Assist in collecting laboratory specimens and preparing patients for exams and procedures; * Maintain up-to-date records of care provided, documenting observations in the electronic or physical patient record; * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, providing support during complex procedures and patient care; * Ensure workplace organization and hygiene, as well as proper storage of supplies and medications; * Educate and guide patients and their families on necessary post-discharge care, whenever applicable.
