We seek an analytical, organized, and proactive profile. #### **About the position:** * Pontestur is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join its team and support the company’s commercial department. The professional will be responsible for analyzing results, supporting the commercial strategy, and contributing to increased sales and business profitability. If you are analytical, have strong communication skills and attention to detail, are organized and proactive, join our team! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Organizing and monitoring commercial meetings; * Supporting commercial management in creating presentation materials for results reporting to the executive board; * Analyzing monthly and quarterly results; * Updating the commercial department calendar (trips, absences, and events); * Supporting and monitoring onboarding for new account executives; * Registering and monitoring customer contracts; * Sending sales reports, tracking performance (declines and growth); * Monitoring achievement of departmental targets; * Responsibility for all documentation and completion of forms required for BIDs; * Identifying opportunities to improve commercial department routines and workflows. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Commercial Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related fields); * Organizing and monitoring commercial meetings; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in BI tools and data analysis; * Analytical and critical reasoning, attention to detail; * Customer-oriented mindset; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Prior experience in tourism or hospitality sectors is a plus. #### **Benefits:** * Hapvida Health Insurance; * SulAmérica Dental Insurance; * Telemedicine platform; * On-site cafeteria; * WellHub; * Day Offs; * Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * In-person; * 44 weekly hours; * Monday to Friday.
