Strengthen commercial relationships with Top Accounts Cardeal Distribuidora \| Caruaru \- PE \| On-site Job Description **JOB MISSION** Ensure the development, acceleration, and profitability of categories under responsibility by working closely with the sales team, suppliers, and key customers (Top Accounts). The Category Coordinator must ensure execution of industry strategies, expand distribution coverage, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and strengthen commercial relationships to drive sustainable results. Responsibilities and Duties **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** A. KPI and Performance Management * Monitor strategic KPIs: revenue, coverage, positive stock, numerical distribution, product mix, and stockouts. * Analyze opportunities by customer and region and propose actions. * Prepare executive reports and presentations. * Track goals and targets, taking corrective action when deviations occur. B. Sales Team Support * Train the team on portfolio, promotional mechanics, and priorities. * Accompany field routines with supervisors and sales representatives. * Serve as the technical reference for the portfolio. C. Execution of Industry Strategies * Implement commercial policies, funding allocations, campaigns, and promotional mechanics. * Translate industry guidelines into actionable field activities. * Coordinate trade activations and campaigns. D. Coverage Development * Identify coverage gaps and map opportunities. * Develop strategic plans for customer expansion. * Build sell-in and sell-out plans jointly with suppliers. E. Top Accounts Relationship Management * Act as the category focal point for major customers. * Conduct periodic meetings and negotiate shelf space and promotional activities. Requirements and Qualifications **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience in commercial/trade/key account management. * Driver's license (Category B). * Proficiency in Excel. * Knowledge of portfolio management, negotiation, and KPIs. * Familiarity with scan technology is a plus.
