Description:
Academic Qualifications:
Completed technical course or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology.
Certifications/Courses:
ITIL® 4 Foundation certification is preferred;
Modern Desktop Windows 10 certification or higher;
ITIL® 4 Foundation training course, with proof of attendance certificate;
Computer assembly and maintenance course.
Professional Experience:
Proven experience in technical support for computer users;
Documented customer/user support experience, verified via certificates or equivalent documents;
Brazilian National Driver's License (Category B)
* Respond receptively to incidents assigned for in-person Level 2 support;
* Document solutions implemented for incident resolution by completing the incident closure form;
* Perform installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems, software, and services provided, and test their functionality as well as that of workstations;
* Identify and resolve root causes of equipment, operating system, or installed application failures;
* Printer cleaning;
* Monitor service quality by recording user complaints and observations during support interactions;
* Connect and configure workstations to corporate networks, internet, intranet, and services;
* Collect information, locate, identify, test basic connectivity, and activate/deactivate data network points;
* Replace/format hard drives, including operating system installation, application deployment, backup restoration, and configuration;
* Physically uninstall and reinstall microcomputers, printers, and/or general peripherals either on the network or locally;
* Install and configure videoconferencing equipment and presentation/training equipment (e.g., projectors, large displays), including on-site assistance if required;
* Install and configure institutional smartphones, multimedia projectors, Smartcard readers, tokens, webcams, barcode scanners, digital certificates, mice, keyboards, monitors, microphones, speakers, and other computer equipment.
