Deliver occupational safety lectures and training Your mission will be to work in the Occupational Safety area. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Technically implement occupational safety programs and procedures at the Colatina distribution center, ensuring compliance with legislation as well as company objectives and targets. Execute occupational safety rules and policies, along with safety programs defined by Coca-Cola requirements and regulatory standards (NRs), conduct risk assessments and analyze risk areas across facilities, ensuring process implementation prioritizes employee safety and physical integrity and asset protection through anticipation and control of existing hazards and risks in these facilities, logistics and distribution operations. * Assist the occupational safety engineer and occupational physician in accident investigations, analyzing incident characteristics and gathering facts to determine root causes. * Monitor and participate in internal safety programs, ensuring their practical application—whether in systems or daily activities—and provide technical support in the occupational safety area. Participate in developing occupational safety educational campaigns. * Deliver orientation and integration lectures for employees and third-party contractors. * Advise employees on proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE), and manage occupational safety management documentation. * Participate in preliminary risk analysis (LPR) alongside the occupational safety engineer. * Participate in analysis and implementation of the Risk Management Program (PGR) and LTCAT. * Conduct workplace inspections, as well as verify training implementation and promote employee awareness of occupational safety practices. Organize campaigns, lectures, and other forms of training to disseminate occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Implement occupational safety and hygiene procedures in the logistics and freight areas, evaluate achieved results, and make necessary adjustments to preventive actions to meet desired outcomes and work procedures aimed at reducing risks during task execution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical Course in Occupational Safety (Proven experience in industrial and/or logistics sectors). Desirable experience: Knowledge of regulatory standards (NRs); Report and action plan development skills; safety inspections and audits; Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (SGI); Public speaking/training delivery ability; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process automation tools.
