Requires an ethical, analytical, and organized profile, with ease adapting to diverse environments and alignment with company culture; * Basic understanding of asset security procedures and risk identification; * Basic understanding of asset security procedures and risk identification. **Responsibilities:** * Physical stock verification vs. system (inventories); verification of goods receipt and dispatch processes (receiving, shipping); audits at critical points (e.g., picking, storage, packaging, returns); * Identification of discrepancies, losses, damages, thefts, or non-conformities; verification of compliance with safety, hygiene, and organization standards (5S); preparation of reports and recommendations for improving logistics processes; * Monitor/conduct rotating/periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and identify potential discrepancies or losses; * Analyze loss reports to identify patterns and root causes, proposing corrective actions to minimize risks and optimize processes; * Participate in investigations of loss incidents—such as theft, breakage, or material diversion—to identify causes and recommend corrective actions; * Collaborate with production and logistics teams to identify process improvements in production and storage aimed at reducing material, time, and resource losses; * Assist in preparing and executing internal and external audits related to security and loss prevention processes; * Uphold company culture; * Prepare periodic activity reports, also documenting relevant incidents with detailed information (date, location, individuals involved, equipment, etc.) to support corrective and preventive actions; * Verify whether procedures are being correctly followed and whether vulnerabilities exist in the processes.
