Opportunity to apply proactivity in a healthcare environment **Position:** General Services Assistant **Location:** Baixo Guandu/ES **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00 **Job Description:** We are seeking a committed and proactive General Services Assistant (GSA) to perform **Hospital Area Cleaning and Sanitation**. . **Responsibilities:** * **Main Activities** * Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in patient rooms, bathrooms, corridors, administrative areas, and outdoor spaces, in accordance with established protocols. * Conduct concurrent and terminal cleaning in designated areas, following supervision instructions and guidance from the Hospital Infection Control Commission. * Use cleaning products and PPE correctly, ensuring proper care of equipment and materials under your responsibility. * Collect waste and dispose of it properly, in compliance with ANVISA regulations and the unit's Waste Management Plan (PGRSS). * Restock hygiene supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) at designated consumption points. * Report any irregularities (leaks, faucet/shower malfunctions, material shortages, sector incidents) to the supervisor. * Record daily occurrences when requested and strictly adhere to scheduled entry, exit, and break times. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (mandatory). * Availability to work on a 44-hour weekly schedule or 12x36 shift pattern (day and/or night shifts), including weekends and holidays. * Willingness to work in a hospital environment with indirect contact with patients and waste. * Commitment to correct use of PPE, hygiene standards, and discipline (no jewelry or adornments during work hours). * Ability to follow written procedures and leadership instructions. **Desirable:** * Prior experience as a General Services Assistant in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or large public-service facilities. * Experience with technical cleaning (concurrent/terminal) and handling of sanitizing agents. **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with the role and an insalubrity allowance as stipulated by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and current regulations. * Transportation allowance. * Meal/food allowance as per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT). * Initial training in hospital cleaning, waste management, and PPE usage, plus periodic refresher courses. **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.621,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please provide a brief account of your experience in hospital sanitation and healthcare environments.
