With the opening of its **new unit in the Nova Betânia neighborhood**, a more modern, welcoming, and patient-centered proposal is born, focused on **delivering a new dental care experience**, combining technology, clinical excellence, and humanized service. To join our team, we are seeking a professional to work at the **Customer Relationship Center (CRC)**. **About the position** The professional will be responsible for ensuring agile, empathetic, and efficient service, accompanying the patient throughout their entire journey—from first contact through post-service—while also supporting the clinic’s commercial processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and digital channels; * Scheduling, confirming, and organizing appointment calendars; * Providing guidance on treatments, procedures, and clinic workflows; * Converting quotes and supporting the commercial journey; * Recording and updating patient information in the system; * Proactive engagement with patients (pre- and post-service); * Administrative support related to customer service.
