Join the Bertolini Group and help us with our mission to develop sustainable businesses that transform markets and improve people's lives! **Responsibilities and duties** * Be responsible for the management and results of Process Engineering, project implementation and management in the area, Production Planning and Programming, Logistics and Production, through planning and implementation of processes, establishing and monitoring indicators, tracking them and generating appropriate actions to achieve and exceed planned results, guided by the organization's strategies, guidelines and policies. * Develop and implement operational strategies that drive company growth and profitability, aligned with the Business Director, making strategic decisions about how the organization should allocate its resources, manage risks and seize opportunities. * Manage internal processes and ensure they are functioning efficiently and effectively. * Analyze and optimize workflows, seeking ways to improve productivity, reduce costs and increase quality by implementing advanced technologies, process automation and adoption of agile and lean management practices. * Develop, recruit and train talent, ensuring the company has the right people in the right positions, as well as setting goals and performance indicators for teams, monitoring their progress and providing guidance and support when necessary. * Coordinate among different departments of the organization to align strategies and objectives of each functional area, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring everyone is working in sync to achieve desired results. * Ensure planning and execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance processes for equipment/machines, aiming to prevent disruptions in the production flow. * Guarantee the unit’s ability to meet all market demands (efficiency, product and quality), establishing connections with integrated areas (procurement, controlling). * Be responsible for compliance with safety policies together with production teams regarding processes and products, aiming to preserve the physical integrity of professionals. * Be responsible for managing the annual matrix budget, planning, controlling and forecasting expenses and investments. * Manage industrial costs, aiming at the best allocation of all resources (financial, technological and human). **Requirements and qualifications** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields * Specialization: Completed postgraduate studies * Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in the field **Additional information** **Our benefits:** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Subsidized health plan; Full dental plan; In-house outpatient care; Meals (internal restaurant with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner); Food voucher; Transportation allowance; Full life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; Various partnerships (medical clinics, teaching institutions and others); Infrastructure (parking, minimarket, kiosk and soccer fields); Purchase of company products at special prices.
