We provide consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various industries. **Responsibilities:** Provide second-level support (on-site / remote) for assigned incidents and service requests within your designated queue. Support off-the-shelf software, common basic applications, corporate systems, and IT equipment. Evaluate received tickets, reclassify when necessary, and proactively assume ownership of those under your responsibility. Investigate, diagnose, and test solutions before involving the end user. Install and configure ATHENA-approved images on equipment (Windows 10 or later). Provide technical and operational support for Windows 10 or later operating systems. Assemble, maintain, and configure computers. Perform tasks associated with standard IT Support Technician duties. Position located in Colatina / ES. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
