Support in developing sales strategies and customer service. #### **About the Position:** The Stock Replenisher is an essential professional for organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the sales environment. Their primary mission is to guarantee that products are always available, well-organized, and attractively displayed on shelves, facilitating the customer's shopping experience and contributing to the store's operational excellence. They are responsible for arranging merchandise on shelves in a manner accessible to customers. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Arrange merchandise on shelves in compliance with each product's display guidelines, ensuring optimal customer access and product availability. * Organize product displays, verifying the need for restocking while maintaining an attractive, clean, and organized layout. * Conduct quality control of displayed products by inspecting and removing daily any unsuitable items or those with expired consumption dates from display areas, ensuring product quality offered to customers. * Clean and wash products before display or storage, as required and according to established hygiene standards. * Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and organization of the workplace using sanitation techniques to ensure the area remains in perfect condition and fully operational. * Support team leaders in developing sales strategies for product displays, proposing ideas and assessing feasibility to improve operational metrics. * Assist as needed with loading and unloading company and supplier trucks, both for home deliveries and inventory receipt, aiming to meet store targets and achieve operational excellence. * Assist in receiving goods, verifying quantities and ensuring product quality. * Package customer goods upon request, respecting the requested quantity and ensuring superior customer service. * Comply with technical and quality standards, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation procedures. * Greet customers whenever passing by, maintaining eye contact and courtesy to ensure excellent service. * Proactively ask customers if they require assistance whenever needed, guiding them to the relevant section or product they seek and suggesting complementary items when appropriate. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or based on company requirements. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Strong communication skills and proactivity. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Physical fitness for handling loads and standing for extended periods. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Ticket R$400 * Attendance Bonus R$150 * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Performance-Based Incentives * Courses and Training Programs * Various Discount Partnerships #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** Monday to Saturday, CLT, full-time.
