Job Summary: Support the coordinator in operational production management, contributing to achieving targets and supervising the team in scheduled activities. Key Highlights: 1. Quality verification and maintenance of organization * Support the coordinator in operational production management, contributing to ensuring achievement of established targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive scheduling instructions from coordination; * Directly supervise the team in carrying out daily scheduled activities; * Sequence workload at workstations according to planning priorities. * Provide the Production Line Feeder with necessary information and materials to meet demand; * Supply required PPE and ensure proper use by the team; * Verify measuring instruments for dimensional inspection according to drawings and work instructions; * Ensure sector-related information is up-to-date and readily available; * Contribute effectively to meeting company-established organization and cleanliness requirements; * Monitor correct use of inspection, measurement, and testing equipment used in the work area and other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of stamping operations; * Experience in similar roles; * Availability to work second shift (5:00 PM to 2:08 AM).
