Would you like to join the company with the **most comprehensive agribusiness ecosystem in Brazil**? **Then grow with us!** \#join3tentos **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer and maintain security tools such as XDR, firewalls, SIEM, and intrusion detection systems; * Conduct vulnerability scans to identify and remediate security flaws; * Manage the IT environment via Intune to ensure endpoint security, compliance, patch updates, and access control; * Perform Identity and Access Management (IAM), defining access control policies (least privilege), reviewing critical access rights, and implementing and managing IAM, MFA, and SSO solutions; * Support internal departments regarding security layers, data privacy, and governance; * Provide consultative support for corporate projects impacting security and privacy controls; * Monitor and analyze information security indicators; * Design security architectures for systems and networks—including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, identity and access management (IAM) systems, encryption, secure development, and protections for industrial environments (OT); * Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate security solutions; * Respond to incidents by investigating root causes and proposing corrective measures; * Propose new technical solutions and continuous improvements to processes under your responsibility; * Support the implementation and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures; * Support risk analysis and control, and define mitigation strategies aligned with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, among others; * Support information security awareness initiatives with partner departments, focusing on innovation, culture, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in IT security; * Knowledge of security tools and techniques, network protocols, and operating systems; * Prior experience in security monitoring and incident response; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively; * Experience with security automation, indicator dashboards, SOAR, and threat intelligence; * Certifications such as PCNSA, FCP, CISSP, CISM, OSCP, ISO 27001, among others; * Proficiency in Active Directory administration, Intune, and PowerShell usage. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * Statewide Unimed health insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing program (PPR); * Discount partnership program with educational institutions. *Please monitor your* ***e\-mail*** *(including spam/junk folder) and* ***telephone*** *number registered, as our communication regarding next steps will be sent through these channels!* **Welcome to 3tentos!** We are a family-owned company in the **agribusiness** sector, built on the principles of **integrity, trust, and honesty** demonstrated by the people who shaped our story.
