




Job Summary: The Sales Assistant is responsible for acquiring, reactivating, and monitoring patients, as well as managing open budgets and rescheduling evaluations. Key Highlights: 1. Patient acquisition and activation via multiple channels. 2. Strategic reactivation of the patient base to ensure continuity of treatment. 3. Monitoring of budgets and rescheduling of evaluations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ASSISTANT ● Cold outreach: Conduct and assist the manager in cold outreach activities targeting patients—such as at events, visits to commercial establishments, visits to companies, and other acquisition methods. After acquisition, it is the Sales Assistant’s responsibility to activate these patients via phone calls or WhatsApp contact to bring them to the unit for evaluation. ● Reactivation of the unit’s patient base: It is the Sales Assistant’s responsibility to periodically reactivate patients from the unit’s database—including those who have completed treatment, those who initiated treatment but discontinued it, and those targeted in specific campaigns (e.g., the November campaign). ● Closing of open budgets: It is the Sales Assistant’s responsibility to guide patients through the post-evaluation process to maintain their motivation to proceed with treatment and to finalize open budgets—whether from the current month or from prior periods. ● Patients who missed scheduled evaluations: It is the Sales Assistant’s responsibility to contact patients who scheduled but did not attend evaluations, to facilitate rescheduling.
