Through this program, young people have the opportunity to enter the job market alongside the partner institution (SENAI). The program provides theoretical vocational qualification training and prepares participants for their professional careers; in addition to the technical aspects, the course fosters personal development, skills, and behavioral competencies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively participate in apprenticeship classes; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school currently in progress or completed; * Age between 16 and 24 years; **Additional Information** Reinforcing our commitment to valuing people, the Talento Somar Program is grounded on pillars encompassing apprentices, persons with disabilities (PCD), and interns.
