




A Links Soluções em RH is looking for a Sales Leader to work at a growing company in the solar energy sector, focused on providing sustainable and cost-effective solutions for commercial, industrial, rural, and residential customers in Santa Bárbara do Sul\- RS and surrounding regions. Responsibilities * Manage and develop a team of 5 salespeople (internal and/or external); * Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets; * Support the team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts; * Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships; * Analyze sales performance indicators (sales funnel, conversion rate, average deal size, etc.); * Participate in defining sales strategies and campaigns; * Represent the company at events and meetings with key clients; * Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and after\-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
