




· Respond to internal users’ service requests via ticketing system, phone, or e-mail; · Record, classify, and prioritize requests based on type and impact; · Provide first-level technical support (password resets, software installation, printer and local network support); · Track incident resolution to closure, ensuring user follow-up; · Escalate complex incidents to Full/Senior Support Analysts when necessary; · Assist in configuring workstations and peripherals; · Support backup routines and antivirus updates; · Maintain IT equipment and comply with security standards defined by the IT team; · Support IT asset inventory control (computers, monitors, licenses, etc.) including delivery, registration, agreements, and receipt; · Support the team in implementing improvements to support processes.
