**Job Description:** **Production Operator (Extraction):** Ensure that machines and equipment are prepared for the production process. Perform inspections and adjustments of the extractor; Assist in feeding production lines; maintain a clean and organized work environment; Operate the substrate extraction system and verify machine integrity (rotameter); Weigh extracted material; Collect samples of extracted products and send them to the Laboratory and Quality Control; Clean and organize the work area; Work in compliance with Safety, Hygiene, Quality, and Environmental Protection standards. **Production Operator (Drying):** Lead auxiliary staff in loading fermented or baculovirus-formulated substrate into drying trays; Move trolleys from the spreading room to the drying oven; Periodically wash trays, trolleys, and other equipment used in the process; Monitor oven temperatures; Assist in product packaging; Bundle and palletize products; Assist in box assembly; Complete control worksheets; Perform cleaning and organization of the work area. **Requirements:** Completed high school education.
