Full-stack (backend/frontend) involvement is expected, depending on the project phase and solution objectives. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop highly complex technical solutions, transforming requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software aligned with business needs; * Analyze and evolve software architecture, ensuring consistent organization, performance, and efficiency of its components; * Ensure application of sound software engineering practices, including automated testing, version control, code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration; * Detail complex technical requirements in collaboration with customers and involved areas, translating business demands into feasible solutions; * Propose innovations applicable to the product roadmap, conducting proofs of concept and case studies to enhance competitiveness, efficiency, and solution quality; * Participate in tactical and operational discussions, contributing to annual goal setting, technical feasibility studies, and strategic technology decisions; * Guide, train, and support the development team in defining business solutions, architecture, and design, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices; * Create frameworks, reusable components, and technical standards when necessary to accelerate and improve development; * Define, review, and enhance engineering processes supporting short- and medium-term objectives of the area; * Ensure achievement of team goals by influencing practices, task prioritization, and continuously improving technical quality; * Contribute to forums and discussions on innovation and market trends, disseminating knowledge and reinforcing a culture of continuous learning; Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with the Java development stack; * Software Architecture (cloud-native, web, microservices); * DDD, Clean Architecture, and Hexagonal Architecture (Ports and Adapters); * Java platform, Software Architecture, and Spring Boot; * Web development with APIs/WebServices (Spring Boot, Swagger, REST, and JSON); * Web development with Angular, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and TypeScript; * Design Patterns; * DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Git/GitFlow, GitLab, Jenkins) / Azure DevOps; * Feature Flags and deployment strategies; * Experience with complex environments and distributed data structures; * Messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub or equivalent); * Databases and SQL language (Oracle, SQL Server, and Postgres).
