We value our relationships because they are the foundation upon which we build a better world. **Credit Recovery Coordinator:** Responsible for developing and providing credit recovery strategies, delivering services, tools, and training—with a focus on efficiency and closeness to members. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Credit Recovery Strategy** Lead the cooperative's credit recovery efforts by proposing collection strategies and overseeing centralized and decentralized recovery processes, judicial proceedings, performance evaluation of collection agencies and branches, compliance with internal policies and regulations on this subject, and participation in the cooperative’s most complex and strategic negotiations. **Process Improvement** Propose and implement innovative solutions for collection and credit recovery activities.
