




**Job Description:** Develop, implement and standardize laboratory analytical procedures, schedules, guidelines and methodologies. Participate in and define annual, monthly and weekly planning guidelines for the area. Prepare and conduct training sessions according to work instructions; supervise and train department staff and partner areas. Provide technical support and guidance to teams on laboratory-related issues. Monitor, verify and review records, indicators, forms and results; perform critical analysis and sign reports. Evaluate and implement improvements in laboratory processes. Conduct conformity assessments (intra- and inter-laboratory). Support the opening, analysis and resolution of product and process non-conformities. Manage inventory of supplies and materials; request and maintain service orders for maintenance. Ensure quality and efficiency of laboratory processes. Ensure organization and proper working conditions in accordance with company standards. Promote guidance on Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations. Identify and control environmental aspects and impacts of activities. Participate in internal and external audits. Directly manage your team and support indirect management of other employees. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Agronomy, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Engineering or related fields.
