




Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience with ITSM tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.); * Experience with ITIL and IT Governance; * Analytical ability to create data-driven indicators and action plans; * Strong communication skills and ease in working with multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of ITIL v4, COBIT, Power BI, and experience in governance or contract/payment management will be an advantage; * Execute the IT supplier payment process, ensuring compliance with contracts, deadlines, and internal policies; * Manage IT contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, conditions, and performance indicators; * Develop and maintain dashboards and performance indicators related to IT contracts and services; * Promote a culture of continuous improvement by disseminating best practices; * Support the development and updating of policies, procedures, work instructions, and process documentation; * Monitor and report IT operational performance metrics to leadership. 2510290202531836381
