Job Summary: Act as a liaison between IT and the Business in Transportation and Logistics, providing functional support to management systems and participating in improvement projects. Analyze processes and propose systemic and operational improvements Description **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Act as a liaison between IT and the Business in Transportation and Logistics, ensuring alignment between operational processes and systemic solutions; * Provide functional support to transportation management systems, with focus on SAP TM, ensuring operational continuity; * Conduct requirements gathering and analysis, understanding business needs and translating\-them into functional solutions compatible with the system; * Participate in projects, improvements, and implementations, supporting testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environment support; * Analyze transportation processes, proposing systemic and operational improvements to increase efficiency, control, and safety; * Collaborate closely with key users, supporting decision-making and proper use of solutions. **C.Vale offers positions for people with disabilities, in accordance with Art. 93 of Law No. 8,213/91 and Arts. 3 and 4 of Decree No. 3,298/99.** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience with transportation and logistics processes; * Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP LES/TRA and SAP TM—or other transportation management systems—is desirable; * Availability for on-site work in Palotina/PR. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Corporate University. **Location: Department of Processes and Information Technology \- Palotina/PR
