Indicator monitoring and team management Description **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Conducts technical management of electronic monitoring system projects and maintenance activities; * Delivers electrical installation documentation—including diagrams, records, and reports—to the requesting department; * Conducts inspections, issues technical acceptance documents, and manages data and information processes within the maintenance department; * Monitors departmental indicators and proposes improvements, guiding team activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Driver's license category B; * Availability to work in Palotina/PR; * Experience as an electronic engineer in electronic monitoring systems and people management is a plus.
