




Job Summary: Supervises and optimizes boiler and auxiliary equipment operations, ensuring safety and energy efficiency in the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures compliance with safety standards and energy optimization **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervises boiler and auxiliary equipment operations to ensure continuous steam supply for the production process. * Monitors operational parameters such as pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, steam generation, and thermal efficiency. * Tracks boiler operational performance and proposes adjustments to optimize energy consumption. * Ensures proper operation of auxiliary systems including pumps, fans, biomass feeding, and water treatment. * Analyzes and resolves operational deviations. * Ensures compliance with safety regulations during boiler operations. * Coordinates and guides activities of the boiler operator team. * Ensures adherence to operational procedures and safety regulations. * Supports technical development of the team and conducts training when necessary. * Tracks energy efficiency and productivity indicators. * Monitors biomass consumption, steam generation, thermal efficiency, and operational losses. * Analyzes operational data and identifies improvement opportunities. * Prepares reports and communicates performance information to management. * Develops and monitors action plans to improve key indicators. * Collaborates with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability. * Monitors preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance interventions. * Participates in failure analysis and definition of corrective actions. * Operates mobile equipment when qualified and authorized (forklift, pallet jack, or front-end loader). * Proposes improvements to operational and safety processes. * Performs related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in fields related to maintenance; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (Monday to Saturday) and on the second shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM); * Willingness to reside in Palotina/PR; * Experience with steam generation systems and boiler operation; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
