Job Summary: The professional will develop, assemble, and validate jigs and fixtures, ensuring quality and effectiveness of industrial activities, and assemble product prototypes. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and validate jigs and fixtures to optimize production. 2. Assemble product prototypes and perform welding of metal parts. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and equipment. Develop, assemble, and validate jigs and fixtures (tooling) to facilitate performance, ensure quality, reliability, safety, and effectiveness of industrial operations. Generally, ensure and support that tools, mechanical equipment, and manufacturing infrastructure remain in good working condition to meet production requirements. Additionally, assemble product prototypes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret technical drawings, 3D CAD projects, and production orders to carry out technical and operational tasks. * Assemble/weld prototype projects, pilot batches, jigs, fixtures, tooling, assemblies, or parts according to 3D project or technical drawing. * Develop and manufacture specific tools, parts, and accessories to meet production and factory infrastructure needs. * Modify, adjust, and calibrate existing tools to improve performance or adapt\-to new operating conditions. Generally, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tools and mechanical equipment. * Implement modifications, repairs, improvements, or adjustments to the factory infrastructure, as per projects and actions coordinated with Manufacturing Engineering. * Prepare welding equipment (welding accessories and consumables) and other machines and equipment to be used (operation of industrial machinery). * Join metal alloy parts using the welding process, complying with company-specified welding parameters. * Provide on-site factory floor support to assist in identifying problems and implementing improvements or repairs related to jigs, fixtures, production methods, and products. * Provide technical and operational monitoring, support, and validation of jigs and fixtures (tooling) together with Manufacturing Engineering and production departments. * Suggest improvements to jig, fixture (tooling), or prototype projects in collaboration with Engineering departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in welding processes. * Knowledge of metallic material properties. * Teamwork skills. * Preferred: Experience in development and assembly of tooling, jigs, and fixtures. **Additional Information** * **Unimed Health Plan:** State-wide plan offering full coverage to employees, extendable to their legal dependents at a low cost, with co-payment applied to medical and hospital services utilized. * **Five-Year Bonus** (additional monthly payment after five years of employment): 2% of the contractual salary. * **Free Transportation:** Santa Rosa, Três de Maio, Boa Vista do Buricá, São José do Inhacorá, Horizontina, Crissiumal. * **Meal Voucher:** All employees receive a MasterCard-branded meal voucher card valued at R$300.00 per month.
