Therefore, we expect this profile to consistently demonstrate expertise in: * **Leading, developing, and evaluating** administrative and financial freight teams, promoting high performance, engagement, and alignment with business objectives. * **Implementing and consolidating management routines** (daily and weekly), with structured monitoring of **performance indicators (KPIs)**, ensuring operational efficiency, control, and continuous improvement. * **Structuring and monitoring the competency matrix**, supporting Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and the technical and behavioral growth of employees. * **Managing freight audits**, ensuring compliance and accuracy in CT\-e, MDF\-e, delivery receipts, tolls, toll vouchers, advances, and daily allowances verification processes. * **Coordinating payment management**, including financial scheduling, analysis and resolution of discrepancies, and ongoing interface with payroll and finance departments. * **Strategically engaging in relationship building and negotiations** with partners and suppliers, aiming for efficiency, risk reduction, and cost optimization. * Leadership profile with **clear communication, collaborative attitude, and data- and fact-driven decision-making**, strong **process orientation**, **ownership mindset**, and consistent focus on results.
