Prospect new and potential clients and business opportunities. Conduct company visits for selling, post-sales support, prospecting, and customer retention related to products and services. Promote products and services during company visits or through other methods provided by the organization. Identify client needs and participate in preparing, presenting, monitoring, updating, and consolidating service proposal submissions to clients. Forward product/service requests and negotiate pricing, deadlines, and scheduling with technical staff and departments responsible for client service. Address client needs through the FIERGS/CIERGS System network—either via its own infrastructure or third-party resources. Achieve established targets by monitoring the Action Plan and its implementation. Stay updated on market trends and competition within your operational region. Advise clients on applicable legislation and its implementation within their area of activity. Perform data collection, organization, maintenance, updating, handling, and archiving of information, following predefined processes and routines. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, execution, and control of projects and programs aimed at meeting client demands. Collaborate systemically with various departments of the Industry System, providing inputs for proposal development and expanding the client portfolio. Coordinate and monitor demands arising from national-level contracts. Identify new market niches and opportunities for technical and institutional partnerships for the FIERGS/CIERGS System. Participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of budgeting processes and analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes within the area.
