The **Agency Manager**'s mission is to lead and coordinate all branch activities, ensuring excellent service to cooperative members and achieving expected results. **Main responsibilities include:** * Leading the team, promoting training and encouraging professional growth of employees, as well as managing the agency’s daily operations, guaranteeing efficiency and quality of services provided. * Developing and implementing strategic plans aimed at increasing sales and expanding the agency. * Controlling the agency's budget, ensuring financial health and business profitability. * Representing the agency at events and meetings, promoting the company's image and services. * Encouraging a positive organizational climate, promoting engagement, cooperation, and team motivation. * Monitoring financial indicators, analyzing data, and adopting measures to improve performance. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements applicable to the sector. * Building relationships with clients, identifying needs, and offering suitable solutions. * Managing administrative routines such as human resources, material control, and physical environment maintenance. * Conducting regular team meetings to monitor goals, discuss challenges, and align actions. * Representing the agency to the headquarters, maintaining fluid communication and requesting support when necessary. * Staying updated on market trends and customer needs, adapting operations as required.
