Job Summary: A professional to conduct technical visits, maintenance, support, replacement, and configuration of network equipment, as well as maintenance of CTO, with a focus on telecommunications. Maintain network equipment and CTO Description: Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Occupational safety certifications, such as: * NR\-10 (Safety in Electrical Installations and Services) and NR\-35 (Work at Heights). * Prior experience in telecommunications, preferably with internet service provider(s). Skills: * Ability to quickly and efficiently identify and resolve issues; * Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure service quality; * Teamwork and clear communication with colleagues and supervisors.
