Job Summary: This Construction Helper supports electrical, hydraulic, and civil teams on-site, assisting with assembly, repairs, and general maintenance to ensure quality and timely project completion. Execution of tasks with a focus on quality and dexterity **Hiring Construction Helpers for Electrical/Hydraulic and Civil Teams at the Água Bonita Power Plant in Tarumã/SP** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Salary:** R$1.995,00 + Medical Plan (Unimed) + Dental Plan (Sul América) + Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance (deposited onto a card with a 6% deduction) + On-site lunch *For candidates relocating from outside the area, the company provides accommodation with meals included, transportation to the site, and field leave every three months.* Main Responsibilities: * Assist electricians in assembling electrical infrastructure, interconnecting electrical cables and components according to sketches, drawings, and specifications; repairing defects and performing necessary adjustments and tests to ensure service quality. * Assist in fabricating, repairing, and installing various parts and components made from sheets, pipes, materials, equipment, and general accessories using tools such as drills and various hand tools, performing pre-fabrication according to the project to be executed. * Assist boilermakers and pipe/equipment installers in preparing installation sites for piping systems, as well as performing minor repairs on aircraft and usage equipment, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment while protecting installations and correctly rationing materials and tools. * Assist other team members in general site tasks, contributing to maintaining ongoing work in accordance with required standards and established deadlines. * Prepare the construction site and assist in maintaining and organizing tools to enhance operational efficiency, always executing tasks with quality and dexterity.
