We are looking for a highly qualified **Controller** to serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring the financial health, governance, and sustainability of the business. This professional will be responsible for structuring and monitoring financial planning, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow, and performance indicators—supporting strategic decisions and ensuring efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth at SYN. As a **Controller**, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing monthly financial closing (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, and management reports); * Reviewing bank reconciliations, provisions, and ERP postings; * Conducting forecasting and periodic reviews; * Monitoring budget vs. actuals and analyzing variances; * Consolidating monthly management reports for the executive team; * Creating dashboards and KPIs in Excel/Power BI; * Supporting strategic decisions with financial data; * Providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in controllership, financial closing, and budget planning * Advanced Excel proficiency required * Experience with financial ERP systems * Intermediate Accounting knowledge (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Basis, and Accrual Basis) * Experience preparing management reports and data analysis **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Intermediate/Advanced Power BI skills * Experience in startups or healthtech companies * Experience with ContaAzul or OMIE ERP systems * Experience in startups or technology/healthcare companies **What We Value (Soft Skills):** * Attention to Detail * Analytical Ability * Organization and Planning * Communication * Teamwork * Proactivity * Resilience * Ethics and Integrity * Results Orientation **Why Join Us:** At **SYN SAÚDE**, you’ll join a dynamic and innovative environment offering professional growth opportunities and participation in revolutionary healthcare projects.
