We are looking for an enthusiastic **Young Apprentice** to join **various areas of the company**, highlighting **our commitment** to **inclusion and diversity**. **Responsibilities and duties**
* Actively participate across different departments of the company to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations;
* Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, fostering a dynamic and productive work environment;
* Carry out specific tasks assigned by supervisors in each department, learning and contributing to daily activities;
* Observe and learn established practices and processes within the company, aiming to acquire practical knowledge about business operations.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Be between 15 and 18 years of age (not yet turned 18);
* Currently enrolled in high school or higher education;
* Availability to comply with the scheduled working hours of the apprenticeship program (4 hours per day);
* Interest in working in a dynamic and challenging retail environment;
* Demonstrate initiative and willingness to learn new tasks and acquire new knowledge.
