Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to work in a dynamic environment requiring agility, attention, and precision in tax-related routines and correct tax application. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in high-volume fiscal routines involving invoice issuance 2. Knowledge of tax legislation (ICMS and other taxes) 3. Experience in retail companies (preferred) **Position: Tax Assistant** High-end furniture store Campo Largo – PR \| Bom Jesus neighborhood \| On-site We are looking for a Tax Assistant to work in a dynamic environment with high revenue volume, requiring agility, attention, and precision in tax-related routines. **Main Responsibilities** * Issue sales, transfer, return, and consignment invoices. * Verify and validate taxes applicable to transactions. * Support the correct application of ICMS, DIFAL, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and other state and municipal taxes. * Ensure consistency of tax information prior to billing. * Provide support to the billing team during peak demand periods or vacation coverage. * Assist administrative management with departmental routines and controls. **Requirements** * Prior experience in high-volume fiscal routines involving invoice issuance. * Knowledge of tax legislation, with focus on ICMS and other taxes applicable to commercial operations. * Experience in retail companies will be considered a preferred qualification, especially in the furniture sector or segments involving high-value goods. * Operational agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Prior experience in tax/fiscal roles within consulting firms or accounting offices. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines. **Desired Profile** * A committed professional with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in teams. * Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining delivery quality, even under high-demand conditions. **We Offer:** * Compensation: R$2\.800,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 26.00 per day * Transportation allowance: R$12.00 per day * Health plan with co-payment * Pharmacy benefit * Life insurance Employment type: CLT Work format: On-site Working hours: \- 7:00 AM to 5:33 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break.
