Your daily responsibilities will include: * Indicator and performance management: Develop, update, and track operational indicators (Visual Management), analyzing results against targets; * Data analysis and reporting: Consolidate information and prepare reports and presentations for daily and management meetings; * Operational monitoring: Monitor yield, efficiency, consumption, and losses in Washing, Extrusion, and Injection areas; * Input and inventory control: Manage consumption of raw materials, inputs, utilities (water, gas, electricity), and inventory control; * Plan and improvement management: Track action plans, identify opportunities (KOI), and support continuous improvement initiatives; * Compliance and strategic support: Support budgeting and ensure monitoring of Safety, Environment, Occupational Health, and Food Safety topics. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Production or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; * Prior experience in industrial administrative roles involving data collection and analysis, indicators, and production lines.
