




Job Summary: The Production Operator III will be responsible for conducting quality tests and inspections, managing waste, operating machinery, and ensuring autonomous maintenance of equipment. Management of autonomous maintenance and supervision of maintenance activities **You could be our new** **Production Operator III** **Campo Largo/PR** **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quality tests and inspections of products and processes within their area, following activity procedures; * Perform correct waste disposal, weighing, and reporting according to procedure, aiming to control process waste; * Carry out data entry into systems, fill in and analyze area performance indicators (SPQDC); * Move materials along the production line according to procedure, ensuring material and process traceability; * Perform format changes in processes; * Train other colleagues on existing processes; * Assist other operators with basic process operations, follow instructions and procedures to improve machine efficiency; * Notify the area leader’s support chain regarding anomalies in the production process; * Perform material and product supply and removal, follow specific procedures for each area, and ensure process efficiency; * Ensure personal safety as well as that of other colleagues, by adhering to company safety rules and procedures; * Manage products with environmental impact considerations; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area and equipment through cleaning procedures, ensuring necessary conditions for a safe working environment and optimal machine operation; * Independently operate low-, medium-, and high-complexity machines; * Manage autonomous maintenance of machines; * Initiate and supervise machine maintenance activities; * Ensure proper equipment operation and correct equipment malfunctions. Act proactively and sustainably, being aware of environmental impacts and hazards and risks arising from one’s activities, seeking to minimize them and practicing active care.
