Providing support to various activities in the production department **Job: Production Assistant – Fabric Cutting** **Description:** We are seeking a Production Assistant to work in the fabric cutting department, ensuring that the entire process complies with the company's quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform fabric cutting using cutting machines and templates as reference; * Sort cut pieces according to order quantities; * Make markings on fabrics when necessary; * Verify fabric length, color tone, defects, and overall material quality; * Identify and segregate non-conforming fabrics; * Complete cutting reports upon request; * Support other activities within the production department; * **Load and handle fabric rolls, requiring frequent physical effort.** **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (high school diploma is considered an advantage); * Prior experience in the textile industry is preferred; * Attentive, organized, and agile profile; * Ability to work well in a team; * **Good physical stamina for tasks requiring strength.** **Employment Type:** Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent contract **Salary:** R$1.800,00 to R$1.900,00 per month **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Commercial partnership agreements and discounts **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8-hour daily shift **Additional Compensation:** * 13th-month salary **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in production (preferably in the textile industry) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent contract Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$1.900,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial partnership agreements and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Production (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
