**Job Description:**
A CNC Operator is responsible for the basic operation of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, ensuring parts are produced with precision and quality.
**Responsibilities:**
* Configure and adjust CNC machines for machining operations;
* Perform machine setup;
Interpret technical drawings and production specifications;
* Conduct measurements and quality inspections on produced parts;
* Monitor machine operation during production;
* Identify and resolve operational issues with machines;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines;
* Record production data and quality reports;
* Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness;
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM, and
Shift from 3:40 PM to 12:10 AM. (Night Shift Allowance)
**Requirements:**
* Basic industrial mechanics (mandatory)
* CNC training course
* Experience in production environments
* Experience operating machining centers (minimum 1 year)
