Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic CFO to lead the finance department, ensuring the company's financial sustainability, growth, and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic support to the executive board in decision-making Position: CFO – Chief Financial Officer We are looking for a strategic **CFO**, with strong expertise in finance and taxation, to lead the company’s finance department and ensure financial sustainability, growth, and tax compliance. Responsibilities: * Planning, organizing, and supervising all finance-related activities * Cash flow management, budgeting, financial forecasting, and income statements (DRE) * Oversight of controller, accounting, tax, and treasury departments * Tax planning and monitoring of the company’s tax burden * Analysis and validation of tax calculations (federal, state, and municipal taxes) * Ensuring tax compliance and fulfillment of ancillary obligations * Relationship management with banks, auditors, and tax authorities * Management of financial and tax risks * Strategic support to the executive board in decision-making and business expansion Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields * Proven experience as CFO or senior finance manager * Solid knowledge of financial planning and budget management * Extensive experience in tax legislation and tax management (ICMS, ISS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, among others) * Experience in tax planning and reduction of tax risks * Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in financial restructuring or corporate expansion * Experience in manufacturing, construction, or woodworking industries * Experience with audits and compliance Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3\.710,56 \- R$10\.615,18 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
