The Workshop Manager will be responsible for coordinating the team of mechanics and technicians, organizing maintenance and repair routines, and ensuring our customers always receive the best service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and assign work orders among technicians, ensuring balanced workload distribution and optimal resource utilization. * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with technical standards set by the vehicle manufacturer. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, controlling waste; * Monitor workshop performance indicators and propose continuous process improvements; * Track vehicle flow in the workshop, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon deadlines with customers. * Conduct performance evaluations, identifying training needs and technical development opportunities for the team. * Comply with and uphold the company’s safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in leading a workshop team; * Solid technical knowledge of automotive vehicle maintenance; * Skills in planning and people management; * Strong organizational ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills; * Technical proficiency in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
