Description

**Main Responsibilities Description:** * Assist in planning and executing activities related to creating and managing conversions and developing corn populations, such as: * Implement trait introgression strategies according to guidelines established by leadership and internal applications; * Generate and review periodic reports to support decision-making; * Support data collection and management activities using specific applications, compile and update information in company systems; * Ensure the use of quality management protocols and safety procedures in all activities; * Have affinity with office environment tasks, focusing on data management and organization; * Monitor metrics on operational efficiency for continuous performance evaluation and process improvement through innovation; * Engage in the Company's Safety Program, complying with legal requirements and internal policies, as well as motivating colleagues in this direction; * Work with Genetically Modified Organisms in compliance with government regulations and company policies; **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in research within the corn and soybean seed industry; * Experience in experimental design; * Required knowledge and skills with Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email. * Knowledge of SQL, Spotfire, iOS, and Database is a plus. * Desired: Basic English;
