We are seeking a professional for: Responsibilities and duties: * Responsible for supervising the store's operational team, aiming to ensure excellence in service to external and internal customers, dissemination of the company’s mission, vision, and values, as well as contributing to achieving the expected operational results for the store; * Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets through constant supervision of the team and implementation of appropriate action plans; * Contribute to team motivation by maintaining a positive work environment in line with company values; * Ensure excellence in store processes through continuous training of store teams and use of manuals provided by specific departments; * Keep the store team informed and aligned with the store's operational goals by conducting daily team meetings; * Contribute to achieving the expected operational results for the store by executing and controlling all operational processes according to guidelines established by the operations department; * Ensure the NPS survey is conducted using a specific application according to the target set by the marketing department; * Perform store opening and/or closing based on verification of the scheduled shift roster; * Monitor key performance indicators by contributing to action plan development and achievement of results; * Execute planning for compensatory time-off bank management through daily monitoring. Requirements and qualifications: * Minimum requirement: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; * Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (6x1 rotating shift); * Experience in retail store leadership; * Proficiency in Excel.
