**Job Details**

* **Responsibilities:**
Plan and coordinate road transportation operations for grains between farms, storage units, industries, and ports, via contracting of third-party fleets;
Manage carrier relationships, negotiating freight rates, delivery timelines, and operational conditions;
Ensure vehicle availability according to grain origination and commercialization schedules;
Monitor inbound and outbound flows at facilities, ensuring integration among logistics, storage, quality, and commercial departments;
Track logistics performance indicators (On-Time In-Full, cost per ton, loading/unloading time, dwell time, damages, losses);
Handle spot freight procurement and seasonal contracts, seeking competitiveness and market compliance;
Ensure compliance with applicable cargo transportation legislation, fiscal documentation, and insurer requirements;
Coordinate scheduling of loading and unloading operations to minimize queues, dwell time, and operational bottlenecks;
Manage logistics incidents such as delays, accidents, weight discrepancies, and quality deviations, proposing prompt solutions;
Develop and qualify new transportation partners, assessing capacity, reliability, and compliance requirements;
Collaborate with the procurement department to formalize contracts with fleet operators;
Lead administrative/logistics teams at facilities, promoting training and sound operational practices;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal procedures during third-party operations;
Prepare management reports and support strategic decision-making regarding logistics flows and costs.

**Requirements**

### **Minimum Education**
Completed undergraduate degree
### **Additional Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Power BI knowledge is desirable;
* Proven experience managing KPIs;
* Proven experience leading teams;
* Proven experience in budget management;
* Experience in agribusiness companies is desirable
