We are looking for determined, driven, and highly motivated young people eager to learn. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in organizing documents, files, and internal records. * Support updating spreadsheets, controls, and information in systems. * Provide administrative support, including internal service, referrals, and material organization. * Assist in preparing and verifying simple routine reports from the department. * Contribute to maintaining an organized and standardized work environment. * Participate in training sessions and formative activities outlined in the apprenticeship program. * Support the team in daily activities, always under guidance and supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Full-time availability Monday through Friday; * Willingness to learn and develop professionally; * Interest in participating in the apprenticeship program’s training sessions; * Organizational skills and attention to daily tasks; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and initiative to support departmental routines; * Basic computer knowledge (typing, e\-mail, simple spreadsheets). **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest **ENERGY**.
