**Responsibilities and duties**
* Oversee the full management of the Commercial Unit, ensuring commercial, operational, and financial performance, with emphasis on sustainable growth and achievement of sales, barter, and grain receipt targets;
* Define and execute the regional commercial strategy, including market entry, portfolio expansion, competitive positioning, and business generation in new territories;
* Plan and manage the operational territory, defining commercial team allocation, customer segmentation, and market coverage strategy;
* Manage the unit’s budget, monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, delinquency, inventory, turnover, etc.), and ensure efficient resource allocation;
* Collaborate closely with Credit and Collections departments, contributing to credit analysis, limit setting, and risk mitigation in operations — especially in structured negotiations (barter);
* Lead negotiations with strategic clients, strengthening long-term relationships and increasing the company’s regional market share;
* Ensure implementation of corporate guidelines and policies, guaranteeing governance, compliance, and adherence to internal processes;
* Lead and develop the unit’s team, promoting high performance, engagement, talent retention, and technical and behavioral development;
* Represent the company regionally, reinforcing the brand, building local credibility, and developing strategic partnerships.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in the agricultural inputs commercial area, administrative management, and people leadership;
* Understanding of the potential of inputs, grains, and regional market share in the operational area;
* Technical knowledge of agribusiness;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business management software;
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license category "B" required;
* Willingness to travel.
