If you're looking for challenges, enjoy applying your knowledge, and want to work in a **dynamic and visionary team**, this opportunity is for you! **What you will do in this role:** * Monitor the Field Services service call queue * Provide local and remote support for service calls within SLA * Direct contact with clients * Installation and repair of hardware and software for computer equipment and devices * Inspections and tests for preventive maintenance * Report service status to the Service Center, communicating service call closures * Perform inventory of IT and Telecommunications equipment * Maintain and organize technical rooms and IT environments * Conduct tests on offline cameras to restore service. **What we are looking for:** * Completed High School with experience in the field * Courses in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications * Experience in Technical Support * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and microcomputing * Knowledge of CCTV and structured cabling **It will be a plus if you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Networking, IT, or Telecommunications * Basic knowledge of network communication, telephony, and infrastructure Our selection process will be conducted online, including interviews with the Human Resources team and technical assessments.
