Location: Not defined (100% remote work for 1 year) \- After 1 year, work will be conducted onsite in Palmas/TO, where the office will be built.
Position: **General Manager \- (Focus on Long-Term Care)**
Compensation: Approximately R$ 29\.500,00\- with potential to earn more (Hourly rate to be determined);
Working Hours: Shift starts at 08:00 AM
Work Days / Schedule: Monday to Friday

**Job Responsibilities:**
The General Manager of Long-Term Care works full-time and reports directly to the Regional Executive Director. This role is responsible for planning, establishing, strategically growing, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of long-term care units. The General Manager oversees the clinical, quality, regulatory compliance, and administrative aspects of respective units, always ensuring safety and efficiency within a holistic, resident-centered approach.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, deep expertise in long-term care practices, and sharp business management acumen.
Requirements: **REQUIREMENTS**
* Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, or related field;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
* Demonstrated knowledge of local long-term care standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance;
* Excellent command of English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
* Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively interact with clients, professionals, family members, and staff at all levels;
* Strong financial and business management skills, including budget development;
* Negotiation skills;
* Positive attitude toward resident care;
* Practical and proactive work approach.
