The professional will assume a strategic role that combines external sales, performance indicator management, and retail digitalization—enabling you to develop a comprehensive market perspective and collaborate closely with clients across diverse profiles. Learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities: * Reporting to Commercial Management, key responsibilities include: * Conducting external sales with a consultative and digital focus, monitoring daily performance indicators. * Managing client portfolio profitability and prospecting new points of sale (PDVs). * Regular use of digital tools (e\-mail, WhatsApp, reports, internal systems) for retail relationship management and sales tracking. * Engaging with clients of various sizes—from small retailers to large retailers (bars, restaurants, convenience stores). **Requirements** * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in external sales; * Experience in the consumer goods sector; * Analytical profile, with ability to plan and organize customer visit routes; * Strong communication and negotiation skills across multiple channels (in-person and digital); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Availability to travel within Palmas/TO to visit various points of sale (bakeries, kiosks, large convenience stores, etc.).
