Job Summary: The professional will manage and monitor service demands, coordinate audit teams, and ensure quality and standardization of processes across the agri-food supply chain. Our goal is to robustly and consistently invest in technology and innovation to deliver the best agri-food safety solutions — from farm to table. **What You Will Do:** * Receive and monitor new service demands forwarded by clients, ensuring proper routing and adherence to established deadlines; * Monitor the progress of field activities, ensuring quality and alignment with project objectives; * Distribute demands among the audit team, considering location, deadlines, and priorities; * Interact with the Service Order Center team to validate materials and information to be sent to clients; * Identify and monitor team training and refresher needs; * Supervise and provide support to audit teams across different regions, ensuring process efficiency and standardization. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in agriculture; * Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B, issued at least two years ago; * Prior experience in leadership positions; * Experience in agricultural auditing activities; * Knowledge of soybean cultivation will be considered an advantage. **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance; * Group life insurance; * Health plan — the employee’s monthly premium is fully subsidized by the company.
